Personal Development/Goal Achievement Program
12 week program focused on supporting an individual who needs to
address specific development needs or requires support while taking on
a new role or just wants help to achieve some personal goals.

=> Foundation - understand who YOU are, what drives YOU, what may limit YOU and what’s important to YOU. This is summarised into your Values and Belief System and will help guide the path to achieving your goal.
=> Intention - Through the use of powerful questions, analysis and fieldwork, YOU will be supported to take the accountability and actions towards achieving your goal.
=> Transition – ensure the successful results are sustainable into the future and celebrate the success that has been achieved.
