A 12 week program focused on supporting an individual in developing a career plan and understanding what actions need to be taken to start themselves on the journey.
=> Career assessment – define the things that are and aren’t working in current role
=> Ideal role visualisation – understand what would be important in a future role
=> Work preferences analysis – bring clarity to what’s important about the role as it relates to things such as Industry, company type and hygiene factors (salary etc)
=> Identify gaps between current and future career and develop strategy and plan to address the gaps and move forward
